JIE PT.
Hey people,the jie pt is quite a failure. not even half of the batch turn up for it. Can more people come? Don't we want to train ourselves? And let things be easier for everyone during those PT and OJs?
Today's PT consisted of sit ups, jumping jacks, pumpings, ding boys style, leg raise, and running.
I really hope more people will bother to make the effort to turn up.

hello 42nd batch (:in the midst or preparing of test (science, chinese)
we all are very busy, so many things to do in such a small time.
revise revise revise.
but we have to relax too.
all work but not play make
yupp. take time to enjoy and revise for this long weekend

helloto add on..
we may have some bonding stuff(study sessions, bonding games, etc) instead of jie pt on the mondays once in a while(:
the planners of the day can decide everything that we are going to do.
things to wear.
things to bring.
and etc.
sometimes we can have activities where patrol group together and some where there's a random
mix!(:
some pointers:
the planners can be checkpoint leaders(That joins us in the activity :D)
running is fun
