Dear Guides,

Please check the duty list attached to double check your
respective duties and note the following:

Year 4 - 6
Time: 6.50am
Venue: School Foyer
Attire: Guide uniform
Things to bring: coy
t-shirt and Pe shorts

Year 2 - 3
Time: 8.50am
Venue: School
Foyer
Attire: ATC 08 t-shirt/ Pe shirt and shorts.
Things to bring: Coy
t-shirt and pe shorts. Old t-shirt for the painting. Some rags. A set of
newspapers each and some old plastic containers (e.g. ice cream tubs) to mix
paint (expect to throw them away).
Yr 2 Photographers are to bring their own
camera (not moblie phone camera) and perhaps with extra batteries to last for
the whole day. Some year 3s will also be overseeing the food packing. Pls check
duty list attached.
Yr 2 Photographers will need to assemble at 6.50am
Claire, Wen Xin, Nicholette & Cherisse will need to report at 6.50am
(going down early to do the sketches first)

Time: 8.50am
Venue: School Foyer
Attire: PE t-shirt and shorts
Things to bring:
Orientation t-shirt and school skirt for performance.

All guides are to
note:
Bring your water bottles. Do not bring too much cash with you.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided. Travel light.
You are
representing not just Dunman High School Girl Guides Company but you are also
representing the school. Be observant and take initiative. We are there to help.
Let's enjoy ourselves in the midst of helping others. Do bring a pen along with
you as well
